This intense extra-virgin olive oil salutes the feisty spirit of campus mascot Gunrock, a thoroughbred brought to UC Davis in 1921 to help supply high-quality stock for the U.S. Army Cavalry. To honor this campus icon, the UC Davis Olive Center selected a spirited blend of olive varieties from California Olive Ranch. Gunrock lovers will appreciate the fresh flavor and spicy finish this blend delivers.
